Shock spike at Hogwarts!

The Harry Potter studios tour has recently opened and presents the breathtaking real sets used in all 8 films. It gives information on how different effects were created in the making of Harry Potter.

Last weekend the student Kate French who attends St. Brendans sixth form college was spotted by a news reporter on these sets of Harry Potter in London. This came as a shock as only 3months ago she slated the Harry Potter books stating 'They're too long and I don't understand the magical terminology.' The student did later claim that what she had said came out in the wrong tone, however witnesses say it sounded sincere.

The young female was seen laughing with her friends in front of the shrieking shack whilst drinking butter beer. No one is 100% sure what ingredients butter beer contains however moments later Kate French was seen hanging out in Hagrids hut throwing pumpkins at the public! This crazy behaviour is not a common occurrence, Kate is known for her charity work and love of animals.

Kate was later arrested after throwing too many pumpkins, the police officers of London came to the realisation Kates butter beer had been spiked. This was a shock to everyone at Harry Potter studios as its normally a calm family environment.

The police are still looking into the matter of the mystery butter beer spiker, however the rest of the beer was thoroughly checked and confirmed by the top scientists as 'safe to the public'.

Kate is in hospital recovering from the outrageous incident and claims 'I don't know who spiked the butter beer but they should be caught and punished.'

But will the crook be caught and brought to justice?

  1. A creative piece of work Kate - well done! There is a clear sense of style in your writing and you have followed some appropriate linguistic conventions.
